Upon my arrival I checked into the concerns of the system not heating. Performing my diagnostics I found that the home is only 5 months old and when the hvac system was set up the control was only set for cooling. I set this up to allow the system to have heat and cool functions then tested the system finding it performing to manufacture specifications at this time.
Red Rock Furnace repair Upon my arrival the customer mentioned that the comfort control would continue running heat even when it’s passed the satisfied temperature. When he would reset it, it would run normal then it happened again later on. With his approval I installed a new comfort control. I then performed the 6 month checkup on 1 heat pump system. Flushed and treated the water removal system, washed the condenser coil using water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinet then verified system safety and performance. I found everything performing to manufacture specifications at this time and the comfort control Turing the system off when it’s become satisfied.

I found the air movement system to be very restricted and the heat transfer media coil needs to be cleaned then the fins straightened. Found that only systems still need to be cleaned. Customers will start considering scheduling this after the first of the year 1 head at a time.
I performed the heating evaluation and found that the system had a clogged water removal system and bacteria built up in the air handler. I spoke with the client about the issue and he chose the hh14c. The client has put 1000 dollars for the down payment.

I found the system to be operating to manufacture specifications at this time. I spoke with the customers about the bacterial growth that is still within the system but no further action is going to be taken at this time.

Performed biannual system, maintenance and cooling evaluation on 16 year-old American standard furnace. Blew out water removal system with CO2 and chemically treated water removal system and heat transfer media coil pan with pan. Treatment spray tested system and cooling and got a 18.5° split checked pressures and cleaned out outdoor electrical panel and disconnect electrical panel. sprayed insecticide over electrical terminals in electrical panel. Washed off outside unit with water. Reminded customer of systems age and recommended to have our comfort specialist come out and quote him on a new heat pump system. Customer no longer wants a gas furnace. System operating at manufacturer specifications at this time.
Upon my arrival I performed the approved repairs. Installed a new performance enhancement system, redid wire terminals then ran a performance and safety testing finding everything to operating to manufacture specifications at this time.
Performed biannual maintenance on system. Blew out drain lines and checked pressures and delta t. Washed condenser down with water. Water safety system was faulty. Presented customer with options for replacement. Customer chose platinum option. Replaced water safety system and installed water alarm under unit as well. Teated water removal system with chemicals and blew out lines once again. Confirmed water drainage outside. Cleaned indoor heat transfer media coil and air handler cabinet with cleaner. Confirmed new water safety switch to be operational. Unit operating at manufacturers specifications at this time.
